Accounting Technician
Porto | On-site

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join a well-established and experienced accounting firm, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities
Process and classify accounting documents and transactions;
Analyze and interpret financial statements;
Prepare trial balances, accounting analyses, and financial reports;
Support tax compliance processes, including VAT, IRC, IRS, and Model 22 submissions;
Participate in client meetings and present financial results.

What we are looking for
Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or an Accounting Technician qualification;
Previous accounting firm experience is valued but not mandatory;
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
Experience with Primavera, Sage, PHC, or similar accounting software is a plus;
Intermediate English and/or Spanish skills are an advantage;
